What this page will cover:
Usage of my art and photography, how to go about getting a trade, request or commission from me, and what I will or will not draw. It is important that you look this page over before you contact me, most if not all of your questions may be answered on this page.
What you should know:
This page can and will change without warning. (Last edit:8/28/2012)
I hold any right to decline your request, trade or commission for whatever reason I chose.
How quickly I work on things varies, at times I may complete things quickly, at other times there may be no art updates for me from anytime to a few days or a week. I do try to keep people if I owe them a trade or commission updated on the status of their art. (Requests not so much, that's something I'm choosing to do for you for free, and so it has a lower priority. Sorry.)
Means of contacting me will not be on this page. If you read over everything or already know I work, go to the contact me page.
Will draw:
Sparkle animals, animals in general, feral animals, pokemon, characters as animals (fandom based or original) You as an animal (no transformation things though*) Gore**
Will attempt at drawing:
Humans, backgrounds. (I can't promise they'll be good but I need the practice.)
Will not draw:
Fetish art. Adult situations. Children. Child porn. Cars. Genitals on animals (Unless I'm attempting realism but most of the time I draw cartoonyish so...I don't care to draw genitals.)
* Transformation is a fetish. (Ithinkidk) **as long as said gore does not go into the fetish category. Gore such as blood, organs, etc. Think zombies.
My terms can, and will change as I see fit.
Trading:
I think that for right now this portion will be the strictest set simply because I've had more than one person leave me without their half of a trade after I had completed mine.
I will not start my half until I have seen that you are working on your half.
If I see a WIP or the finished product then I will gladly start. And if you complete and post your half before me, I won't back out of my half. Though there is no real rush, I don't expect your part within a day, and I won't badger you if you take a while to get your part posted.
Take as long as you would like. I don't care as long as it gets posted. Though if you decide you don't want to do your part, don't be afraid to tell me.
If you do anything like the above...
Obviously one of us will have to post our end first, and if you would rather it be me then I'll only post a WIP or a heavily watermarked image until I've seen your part rather it be wip or finished piece.
After I'll post the final image. (or I'm open to working something else out. Most likely if you have any terms like I do, you have them to prevent being cheated out of a trade. )
I don't have any limit on how frequently I will trade with someone. As long as I'm open and there are slots, I'll take your trade. I will not draw fetish art or adult situations for trades.
Requests:
I mostly offer requests through forums, and they may or may not take me a while to do. If I even chose to do them.
Should I chose to do them and post them, they may or may not be complete. (Meaning they could be a very rough sketch, a cleaned up sketch, or a line art.)
I will not do complex things as requests.
I will not draw any sort of fetish or anything I am uncomfortable with as requests.
I reserve the right to not do your request for whatever reason I chose.
Photography usage:
I don't care if you use my photography as references, you don't have to give me credit if you do so, but it would be nice. And I would like to see what you draw.
My photography is not meant to be used as stock. I will not give anyone permission to use it as such.
Art usage:
If the image was drawn for you, I don't care what you use it for. You can re-post it in your gallery, use it as icons, use it as banners or whatever. I don't care, all I ask is that you give credit where credit is due or leave on the signature.
Otherwise I would prefer that the rest of my art not be used for anything else or by anyone else.
